June Busted Out All Over, Alright.

July 2019

When I first sat down to write this, I was going to list all of the ways June has been… bad*. Yup. Just a big ole list of negativity. Wouldn’t that have brought such a lovely storm cloud over what is otherwise an empowering and vibrant digital magazine?

King of New York

May 2019

“So lets get drunk! Yeah! Not with liquor. Fame works quicker when you’re king of New York.”

—King of New York, Alan Menken

You see, my best friend lives in the city and I’ve made it a point to visit him as much as I can. Well, curiosity got the cat AND tickets to the city for Easter weekend.

It’s Aries Season

April 2019

Well, well, well it’s officially Aries season and ya girl is staring down her last birthday of her twenties. Before I get into it, let me preface with yes, I know I’m young. Yes, I know that there is still a ton more to learn. And yes, I absolutely anticipate reading this at the end of my thirties with enough embarrassment to power the lights and egos of BroadWAY

Ready In The Wings

March 2019

As I sit down to write this, my very first column for ELEANORA (or any magazine, for that matter), I hear my mentor’s voice in my head, “Why should anyone care?” A question she would pose anytime an idea would be pitched for any given marketing campaign, event, or program I was overseeing at the time. It’s a damn good question.
